the story that we are going to be talking about today is one of the most incredible and terrible stories that I have ever read it is said by many to be one of the greatest if not the greatest American novel ever written and by others to be one of the most brutal and evil things ever put to paper as someone who has read the story a few times at this point I have to agree with both sides that story that we are going to be talking about today is the novel Blood Meridian by Cormac McCarthy there are a few stories that I read that I can definitively say change the way I look at storytelling or at narratives as a whole and this book is certainly one of them now of course I am a little biased cormick's two most famous stories No Country for Old Men and the road are among my favorite stories ever written so as a fan of the author I went into Blood Meridian hopeful and after reading it I think this just might be his Masterpiece now a lot of you might have heard of Bloo
