the lore of the abandoned village in Minecraft the pillagers have a new idea to turn living beings into a ravager they didn't want to use their own people so they turned to the Village instead since the pillagers don't catch the zombie virus they gathered a horde of zombies and raided The Village at night all the villagers scared and confused run into their houses but this was all a part of the pillager's plan they used the zombies to trap the villagers in their houses so they can break the doors down and take the villagers they needed for experimentation once the pillagers got all they needed they simply leave leaving the hordes of zombies chomping at the very few villagers left behind
