Christian was training all by himself and having a little trouble with his flips when Mo showed up you just gotta take it up you feel me Mo knew immediately what the problem was he had to take it up take it up Mo gave Christian a quick example and then asked him to try it to see if it worked like that right okay up it goes it was such a small bit of advice it was hard to believe it'd make any difference at all but it definitely did and then Mo demonstrated how to do a bunch of flips that you don't take up because sometimes you have to keep it low like say you're performing in a building with a low ceiling or maybe it's an outdoor festival and they put speakers directly above you that's a true story anyway these are some of the flips that you can do in that case oh that was nice how's that that was good all right it was crazy [ __ ] oh yeah look at that
