i was fat jacked so i went from playing all-state rugby and being an athlete to messing up my knees being like okay i'm gonna get into lifting okay let's go ahead and let's put some muscle on i was lifting a lot i was trying to bulk up following dc training then i get into corporate healthcare and start focusing on making money in my career and it cuts down to one day a week and it cuts down to no days a week and i'm still eating the same amount so i got up to 210 215 from like you know 180ish pretty stout like looking pretty good then i got into kind of the private equity world and that was just stress stress stress stress so the next thing you know it didn't take long for me to be close to 290 pounds so one of the things that's important to note is that being that heavy you have some muscle just a being a heavy but b the little bit of lifting that i was doing in that much of a caloric surplus i put on some muscle so in essence i've kind of been in like a 10 y
