if your pre-workout isn't heating just take more nothing stopping you from consuming a gram of caffeine you build up tolerance to pre-workout that's why after a while you may not feel it like the first time so you need to do a 30 day break you're probably not going to do that so what you can try cycle the amount of caffeine you consume on any upper body day i consume 200 milligrams of caffeine on a leg day i'll take two scoops while i do still recommend taking the three day break i found that cycling like this has made me enjoy pre-workout more
