[Music] good morning everybody we back with another workout we are about to go smash it we're gonna get a circuit in we'll give you the exercises the reps and the time uh should be fun today let's get after it [Music] hey [Music] [Applause] [Music] so [Music] all right smash that out let's go get some food [Music] we smashed out a pretty good workout showed you a little bit of the breakfast basically one whole egg egg whites some fruit and i did have a slice of toast two turkey sausage pretty much been the same breakfast i've been eating since since maybe like 2011-ish started getting into like a lot more of nutrition before that first olympic games in 2012 and ever since then that's pretty much been my breakfast every morning you know for the last 10 years or so now i put that in there just because i think it's important to get some good nutrition after working out obviously you don't always get it right after workout but for my schedule i'm usually
