I am rating the national dish of every country to figure out which is the best one today we're going to the US where there really isn't just one national dish so after polling my Instagram followers I determined a few elements that I could assemble together first fried chicken I got some chicken wings spice them up real good and marinated them in buttermilk and some hot sauce in the meantime I made some cornbread and for this cornbread I used a delicious sage and Thyme infused brown butter I cooked it in my Dutch oven and look at that fluffy inside that's Perfection and of course how can we miss mac and cheese I made a delicious cheese sauce added my macaroni and just just look at that I topped it with some more cheese and bread crumbs and baked it until sizzling and now it was time to fry that chicken coated in a spice flower dredge and toss it in our oil and honestly this is a 2 out of 10. just kidding this meal touched me deep into my heart it gets a 9.0 out
