what is my most expensive useless tool well it's probably the one in this fancy case it's a unique 200 shaker that allows you to carbonate an individual drink so any of your cocktails can have bubbles load co2 cartridge in this handheld pressurizer and it's ready to go let's mix a cocktail in the traditional and expensive shaker you can carbonate any drink so i made a basic four ingredients cocktail it's easy and convenient to add co2 so i just pressed it down and waited until the sound stopped then loaded with ice and i strained both drinks in the chilled coop glasses so the drink was lightly fizzy similar to what we get from the sparkling wine but i just prefer to add carbonation in the jinx that comes from non-alcoholic mixers such as tonic ginger beer or lemonade making traditional drinks bubbly doesn't really improve the drinking experience maybe it would be a good choice for molecular mixology but for me it's useless
