i'm about to blow your mind i do not use fondant on my cakes for real i know a lot of people are familiar with the idea that sculpted cakes are covered in fondant aka fondant but 99.99 of my cakes are actually covered in modeling chocolate modeling chocolate tastes like whatever brand chocolate you use in the recipe and the texture is similar to i don't know a tootsie roll now how do i feel about fondant i don't really like working with it and it's too sweet for my taste but if you like fondant i understand because it's mostly sugar and sugar tastes good
